Ga afdol donk, tanpa berolahraga. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Hari Pertama&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Olahraga kok. Barbel pink yg sudah lama teronggok kembali di aktifkan. Makan juga sangat dijaga. Sampe rasanya beteeee bangged dah, biasanya sore-sore makan nasi walo dikit, eh ini cuma ngemil crackers aja saking laparnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Hari Kedua | Jumat, 3 Agustus &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pastinya olahraga donk..geol kanan, geol kiri.. sit-up, pake barbel... pake power raiders. Tapi berhubung hari ini anniversary yang ke 5 &lt;s&gt;tahun&lt;/s&gt; bulan ama shinichi, pastinya ada Gulavu Dinner. Halah... makan capjay di Solaria. Blom lagi towal-towel nasi gorengnya dia... Hihihi :p napsu &lt;s&gt;birahi&lt;/s&gt; makan membara nih critanya...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Hari Ketiga | Sabtu, 4 Agustus &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Abis subuh langsung olahraga. Sit up kerasa agak berat. Mungkin karena semalam abis makan dgn porsi yang lumayan. Eh, malam mingguan ngedate lagi, makan lagi! duh mending makanannnya lezat.
